About Us

How much do you know about Black history in Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia or Ukraine?

Not much? Well that is why ‘Freedom Is Mine’ exists, to teach us about
the history we didn’t learn in school!

‘Freedom Is Mine’ is a platform dedicated to celebrating the history, culture and contribution of Black communities worldwide!

It began as a YouTube channel
in 2020, and in 2022, the channel became a recipient of the YouTube Black Voices Fund. The platform
now extends across the social media platforms and beyond, delivering
ground-breaking, global Black history content!
